Cache Creek Casino reopens, but work still needs to be done

Cache Creek Casino in Brooks has reopened, but work still needs to be done to recover from an attack on the resorts’ computer systems.

According to a statement received late Tuesday, the casino restarted operations at noon on Monday in what some called a “soft reopening.”


Information technology professionals at the resort have been working around the clock to recover from the attack on computer systems that lead to a closure on Sept. 20, and are “now confident that guests can enjoy the four-diamond experience they have come to expect from Cache Creek Casino Resort,” according to the statement.
