The Chicken Ranch Rancheria Me-Wuk Indians of California has unveiled plans for a new, state-of-the-art gaming resort and conference center in Jamestown that’s slated to open in late 2023.

In a news release, the tribe announced that the project aims to “lead the charge in ushering a new era of economic development for the city of Jamestown and beyond” and will be built from the ground up closer to Highway 108 than where its existing Chicken Ranch Casino on Chicken Ranch Road is located.
