2020 has been anything but a typical year for casinos in Southern California and across the country because of the novel coronavirus pandemic, which prompted them to close their doors for months and keep certain amenities such as buffets, spas and valet services offline even after they reopened.
Coronavirus also had some impacts on building schedules, with some casinos having to slow down their construction and delay their openings.
