BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KBAK/KBFX) — Kern County residents are getting post cards in the mail asking for their help. The sender of these card is the Tejon Tribe on behalf of the Hard Rock Tejon project.

To some it may come as a surprise because the hotel and casino seemed like a done deal when the tribe and Hard Rock came out guns blazing; announcing their partnership last month.
