The Barstow City Council on Monday will consider amending an agreement with a Native American tribe that plans to build a resort and casino near The Outlets at Barstow.

According to the council’s agenda, the amendment to a Municipal Services Agreement the city made with the Los Coyotes Band of Cahuilla and Cupeno Indians back in 2006 only appears to remove the tribe’s former development partner, Barwest.
