The Scotts Valley Band of Pomo Indians is suing the Trump administration for derailing the tribe's plan for a casino in the Bay Area of California.

The tribe wants to open a gaming facility on a 128-acre parcel in Vallejo, near San Francisco. The land falls within an area that was promised in a treaty that was never ratified, according to a lawsuit filed in federal court.
