Twenty-Nine Palms Band of Mission Indians chairman responds to Goldenvoice lawsuit

The Twenty-Nine Palms Band of Mission Indians is responding to a trademark infringement lawsuit filed in December by The Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival against Live Nation Entertainment.

A judge granted Los Angeles promoter Goldenvoice and parent company AEG, the organizers of the Coachella Valley Music & Arts Festival, a temporary restraining order against the advertisers of a New Year’s Eve event, “Coachella Day One 22,” produced by the Twenty- Nine Palms Band of Mission Indians and advertised on Live Nation’s Ticketmaster platform.
