Plaintiffs request that the Court vacate Defendant Chaudhurt's March 6, 2018 approval the "Amended and Restated Tribal Gaming Ordinance", submitted by an unrecognized group of Ione Indians with no "Indian land" eligible for Indian gambling under the Indian Gaming Regulatory Act.
