The property consists of a parcel of land approximately 431.26 acres. The parcel is contiguous to trust lands. The property is currently vacant. The Tribes stated purpose for the transfer to trust is that the land is necessary to facilitate tribal self determination and self goverance. No land use proposal accompanys the notice.
