April 15, 2021: ORDER GRANTING DEFENDANTS’ MOTION TO DISMISS PLAINTIFF’S SECOND AMENDED COMPLAINT
The Court has dismissed the Pala Tribes challenge against the State because the sales tax on fuel is on the purchaser of the fuel not the Tribe. The Tribe is obligated to collect and forward to the State.
