On March 26, 2010, a default notice was posted for the property shown as "250 Lile Lane" in Cloverdale, (Sonoma Herald Recorder) The Trust Deed ("TD") is shown as $8,250,000, and Amonos, LLC is listed as Trustor, with Fidelity National Title out of Rancho Cordova, CA as Trustee.
