Tribes are once again asking California voters to amend the State Constitution providing for the expansion of gaming by legalizing sports betting, games of dice (craps) and roulette. The ballot measure further amends state law to allow for gaming interests to bring suit against competitors under the guise of curtailing illegal gaming undercutting the states regulatory role.
